30 Minutes, All In

Only had a short window this morning—a call at 9:30, and I needed to be ready. But first, I had to move.

So I gave myself 30 minutes:

A quick row.
Sled push-pulls.
Suitcase carries.

No fuss. No drama. Just focused movement.

And now? I’m centred, switched on, and ready for the day.

Not every session needs to be long. Sometimes, it just needs to be done.

This is the Sub-7 Experiment.
